I have to admit that my first thought when I read this article is that the guy is a bum. On second thought, that’s my second thought too.

  1. The story makes sense to me. I mean, if you’re going to close the church doors on Christmas Day, then why bother with Easter? Let’s make it a “family day” instead, just like Christmas – NOT!

  3. Why be surprised? It is the natural progression for them. Why celebrate Easter if your not quite sure he rose bodily?

    “The bishop can look forward to a warm welcome.” Uh hum! Maybe on more places than just the boat!
